Fan, the painted skin leaf of a wedding party: the guests dance while the "almost" bride and groom wait for the parents to sign the marriage contract that a man of law has drawn up.
Mother-of-pearl sticks and guards finely carved, pierced, engraved, burgundy and applied with gold and silver leaves. Interesting "alveolus" pattern carved in the mother-of-pearl and repeated in gold on the edges of the leaf.
Good general condition (small tears to the leaf, old restoration on a guard not visible)
