Under a Marquis's crown, an unidentified coat of arms. The central design features a Polish shield shield Argent on a fess Gules between three shamrocks Sable, perhaps the Candon de Briailles family. The Latin motto "Tacere aut recte loqui" (Shut up or speak the truth) could be that of the Moet de Romont family.
Condition : painting a little faded in places
