Fabric leaf fan printed of the Champs de Mars with the Eiffel Tower and a personification of the city of Paris and the Arts that invite the various nations officially participating in the Universal Exhibition of 1889, including Argentina which is honored in front of its pavilion (built by the architect Albert Ballu) .

This uncut sheet is particularly interesting because it shows a couple of Argentinians flying towards Paris, whereas on the mounted version this space is cut out and replaced by the sticks of the fan.
