Cloverleaf cloth heart with 28 pages, hand-inscribed in French with a devotional about Le Sycomore de Matarieh (The sycamore tree in Matarieh), Egypt, which sheltered the Holy Family, and Les Fleurs du Carmel (Flowers of the Carmel) embellished with religious printed pictures and drawings of flowers.
